George Washington University
Campus-Wide LED Modernization
Washington, DC
14 academic & medical buildings

Zeronet USA delivered a campus-wide lighting modernization across George Washington University’s Foggy Bottom campus, retrofitting 14 academic and medical buildings to high-efficiency LED. Executed as an energy-services partner and supported through Pepco/DCSEU utility incentives, the project paired a full facility energy audit with turnkey installation in the heart of a busy urban campus. The result is a substantial, lasting reduction in energy and maintenance costs.  Achieved without disrupting the daily operations of one of the District’s largest universities.

Anne Arundel Community College
Sports Field & Stadium Lighting
aronld, MD
Athletic field (lacrosse) pole lighting

Zeronet USA upgraded the athletic stadium lighting at Anne Arundel Community College, removing the existing fixtures and replacing them with LED lamps and drivers across the field’s pole lighting. The installation added wireless air-mesh lighting controls, giving the College precise, programmable command of light levels for games, practices, and events. The upgrade delivers brighter, more uniform illumination for student athletes and spectators while cutting long-term energy and relamping costs. All completed to public-sector standards, on schedule and on budget.

Springfield Town Center
Mall-Wide LED Retrofit
Springfield, VA
Interior common areas
exterior lighting

Zeronet USA converted the common-area lighting at Springfield Town Center, a major regional shopping destination, to LED, spanning the mall interior, the signature Grand Court tape lighting, entrance bollards, and dozens of exterior pole and canopy fixtures. The work was performed overnight to keep the center fully operational for tenants and shoppers, and was supported through Dominion Energy utility incentives. The upgrade modernized the property’s look and feel while delivering meaningful, ongoing energy savings for ownership.

Paragon at Columbia Overlook
EV Charging Stations
Elkridge, MD
EV charging infrastructure
Multifamily

Zeronet USA designed and installed electric-vehicle charging infrastructure at Paragon at Columbia Overlook, a Greystar-managed multifamily community, giving residents convenient on-site charging and helping the property meet growing demand for EV-ready amenities. By leveraging available BGE utility incentives, Zeronet offset the majority of the project cost, turning a forward-looking amenity into a smart, low-net-cost investment for ownership.
